10 ways that you may try to lose WEIGHT!!!1. constant exercise.
- choose a sport u like.(if it's one tt u do nt like, ur plan will fail).
- do at least 20min each time, 6days/wk
2. drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
*nt all at one go.
*drinking water do help to "neutralise" ur body
*allows ur skin to be smooth
3. prevent snacking.
- do sth else like solving a puzzle, etc to distract urself
- replace chips w fruits
4. eat more fruits n vegetables.
5. cut down on intake of soft drinks.
6. cut down on carbohydrates!--rice/ noodles/ pastas/breads
7. cut down on candies--no CHOCOLATES!
8. cut down on desserts-- no ICE-CREAM!
9. never give in to TEMPTATION--food is fattening!
10. when dining out, choose food from menu carefully.
*try nt to order food that r "fried", "bbq"..
*choose food that r "baked","steamed".. (healthier choice!)
